ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering. The placement of an order signifies acceptance by you of these terms and conditions of sale. If you do not agree with any of these conditions you should not place an order.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer satisfaction is very important to us - your confidence in us, in our quality of goods and in our service is our number one priority. However, there are some stipulations we are obliged to make.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be altered or cancelled if they have been processed

RETURNS
These should be received (or requested) within 21 days after the date your order was shipped and should include the original undamaged box and the shoes in unworn and brand new condition.

RETURNS FROM EU
These should be received (or requested) within 10 days after the date your order was shipped to you. Please note your return and exchange will not be shipped free of charge.

• If you are returning goods from outside the EU – please ensure your package is clearly marked RETURNS. Also ensure all correct customs documents are completed and attached. If you do not do this – there may be UK customs duties levied on the goods and we cannot accept delivery. In this event the package is likely to be returned to you and you will be liable for the duty.
• Please ensure you enclose a copy of your delivery note and a note of explanation regarding your requirements in the package with your return. If this is not done - we can't handle your return!
• Please note that all exchange orders will incur shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR ALL CUSTOMERS : We do not charge an Admin Fee, a Re-Stocking Fee or Credit Card Fees.

PLEASE NOTE : We cannot accept White or light shoes that are soiled. Please take care when trying them on, as we will be obliged to refuse the return if they have any marks on them

Please do not tape up the box or write on it. We suggest you cover the box to return it to us - we will regrettably deduct 15 UK Pounds if the box is defaced, damaged or not re-usable in any way.

We regret we cannot process exchanges or refunds unless the terms above are complied with.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you think there is a manufacturing fault on any product you purchase from us, please return it for examination. Please return your shoes directly to Shoemania. Please note - if we deem the fault to be the result of wear and tear, excess wear or abuse, or mis-fitting, we reserve the right to return the shoes to you and charge an ¦pound;8 handling and admin fee as well as a return postage charge. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights if any of our shoes have a manufacturing defect

EXCHANGES
Please enclose a note - either on the Returns Form if you are in UK or on a copy of your invoice if you are outside UK - of your exchange requirements.

WE DO NOT CHARGE A RE-SEND FEE FOR YOUR FIRST REPLACEMENT IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK OR NORTHERN IRELAND. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY EXCHANGE OR ADMIN FEES.

We regret we are unable to refund any postage fees paid by you to return your shoes to us if you are outside UK. If however, we have sent you the wrong item or your shoes have developed a fault then we will of course refund your return postage.

Clearance items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

REFUNDS
These are processed within 28 days from the date we receive your return and by the same method you used for your original payment.

PRIVACY
All customer information (addresses, e-mail etc) is kept private and is used for internal marketing purposes only. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

SECURITY
All credit and debit card transactions with shoemania are processed by Paypal. If you do not already have a Paypal account, or wish to learn more, Please visit the link below.
